ESSENTIAL INFORMATION

  • Live at Ludlow Castle is a series of live events taking place within the grounds of the Ludlow Castle in July 2027. 

    Gate times and set times are event specific.  Gate times are listed on the event listings and ticketing information.
    Set times will be released closer to the event.

  • Children under 14 years of age (aged 5-13) must be always accompanied by a parent or guardian (18 or over) and will need to purchase a full-price ticket.  Children under 5 are not permitted.   Live at Ludlow Castle does not accept any parental or supervisory duty of care of liability for any under 18’s on-site.


    A check 25 age verification policy will be in operation for the sale or supply of alcohol. The Promoters reserve the right to refuse to serve alcohol to those that are intoxicated, or are likely to become intoxicated if further alcohol is served

  • Live at Ludlow Castle is a series of live music events taking place within the grounds of Ludlow Castle.  Please note, all events are standing events and seating will not be provided or permitted into the venue.

     

    Your safety at Ludlow Castle is paramount and we continuously liaise with the appropriate authorities to ensure robust security measures are in place.  To ensure this is a safe environment mandatory bag searches will be carried out and we may search you, your clothing or other items. 

    Several items are prohibited; these include but are not exhausted to:

    • Glass, 

    • Alcohol, 

    • Perfumes in glass bottles

    • Aerosols

    • Toiletries over 100ml

    • Food & Drink – should you need to bring an item of food or drink with you due to medical or religious requirements, please contact the event organiser prior to arrival. 

    • Large, professional cameras, 

    • Recording equipment, 

    • Chairs & foldout blankets, 

    • Large sports umbrellas (small, handbag sized umbrellas are permitted), 

    • Bags larger than A3 size (30cm x 42cm x 19cm)

TICKET INFORMATION

  • Residents with postcodes SY7 | SY8 | HR6 | DY14 | WR15 are entitled to an exclusive pre-sale ahead of tickets being released on general sale.

    Postcode presale tickets must be purchased through the 'postcode presale link'. 

    Step 1 > Click the 'events' section on our website.

    Step 2 > Click the 'Buy postcode presale' link for the relevant show you wish to purchase. 

    Step 3 > Enter the first part of your postcode (SY7 | SY8 | HR6 | DY14 | WR15) into the 'use code' box.

    Step 4 > Select your choice of ticket type and proceed to purchase. 

     

    Please note, the first part of your postcode must match the billing address used at time of purchase. 

    Premium Tickets
    Premium tickets include:

    • Premium Entrance (Please note this opens at the same time as all gates)

    • Premium Hang Out Area located in the Historic Inner Bailey with Private bar products and food offerings (Please note this area does not have a stage view)

    • Premium Toilets

    • Premium Standing Viewing Platform (Subject to Capacity).  Please note this is not access to front of stage.

    The ground in the inner bailey is of varying levels and can be difficult to navigate, therefore these tickets are NOT suitable for customers with mobility issues.

    Access Viewing Platform - Wheelchair User

    An unreserved wheelchair accessible position on the Accessible Viewing Platform with an Essential companion / PA ticket and use of all accessible facilities.

    ​

    Access Viewing Platform - Ambulant Access

    An unreserved chair on the Accessible Viewing Platform for those who need a seat for medical reasons with an Essential companion / PA ticket and use of all accessible facilities.

    ​

    Access Standing 
    This ticket is fully standing within the general admission standing area with an Essential companion / PA ticket. There is no seated access, includes use of all accessible facilities except those at the Accessible Viewing Platform. Please note that this a standing venue and no camping chairs, rugs, stools or other furniture will be permitted within the venue.

    Please note that by purchasing an accessible ticket you are you confirming that you or a member of your party require this position. You will receive a confirmation email from See Tickets with a link to an access questionnaire - this must be completed within 14 days of your purchase and will require you to submit documentation to support your accessible ticket purchase. Failure to do so could result in the cancellation of your ticket.

    All accessible tickets come with ONE complimentary Essential companion / PA - please do not buy multiple accessible tickets unless there are multiple people in your party who require this ticket. A party of two (one access customer one Essential companion / PA) should buy one accessible ticket. Your Essential companion / PA ticket will automatically be added to your order.

    Standing tickets do not permit camping chairs, rugs, stools or any other furniture within the venue.

TRAVEL INFORMATION 

  • Ludlow is a small and beautiful market town, the roads are small and due to this we do anticipate some congestion so please allow adequate time to travel to the event.  Please use public transport or travel on foot where possible.

    There are 2 event car parks available, please purchase tickets for the relevant car park based on your direction of travel to the event.

    This is for customers travelling from the south of Ludlow. 
    Please follow event traffic signage upon approach and do not follow satnav routes. 

    Car Park Gates Open: 2pm

    Car Park Gates Closed: 11.30pm

    No overnight parking.
    Please be aware that there is a steep walk up from this car park to the Castle which may not be suitable for those with mobility difficulties and wheelchair users.

    This is for customers travelling from the north of Ludlow.

    Please follow event traffic signage upon approach and do not follow satnav routes.

  • Ludlow Train Station is located 0.5 miles from Ludlow Castle. For train times and routes please National Rail.
