Here is some key information to help you plan your visit.
Tickets
All attendees must have a ticket, so please remember to bring yours with you on the day. Tickets can be shown on your phone or printed before you arrive. Please note that all tickets are non-refundable.
There is no re-admittance to Ludlow Castle. Once you have left the site, you will not be permitted to re-enter.

Ticket Sales & Collections
The box office is located at The Assembly Rooms, and will be open from 4pm–8:30pm for all events, except Paul Weller when the box office will close at 8pm.
Entry Gates
General Admission Ticket Holders
There are two entrances:

The main entrance, located at the castle gates on Castle Square.
-
The second entrance on Castle Walk, this is closer entrance on the walking route from the Rugby/Cricket club.
Premium Ticket Holders
Please use the main entrance at the castle gates on Castle Square.
There will be a Premium and Access lane, where wristbands will be issued on arrival. These wristbands grant access to the premium area located in the Inner Bailey.
This area includes:

Toilet facilities
Please note: this area does not have a view of the stage.
The wristband will also allow access to the premium viewing standing platform, subject to capacity.
Access
If you have pre-arranged accessible tickets, please collect your wristband for the access area you have booked from the box office located at The Assembly Rooms. Once collected, please enter the site via the main entrance, where there will be a priority lane for access customers.
Please note that your wristband will match your ticket booking and cannot be exchanged for other areas.
Ludlow Castle is an outdoor greenfield site. Attendees will need to travel across grassy terrain to access the viewing platforms and other event areas. If rain is forecast or falls before the event, the terrain may become muddy and harder to navigate, so please come prepared.
For customers with Accessible General Standing tickets, please note that this is a fully standing ticket within the general admission standing area. There is no seated access, but this ticket allows use of all accessible facilities except those located on the Accessible Viewing Platform.
Blue Badge Parking
Blue Badge parking is located at Castle Street Car Park, Castle Street, Ludlow, SY8 1AT.
All Blue Badge parking must be requested in advance. Please note that accessible parking for the event is now fully booked. Unless this was pre-approved in your access confirmation, please do not attempt to park in this car park.
The Blue Badge car park opens at 4pm on show days.
No vehicles may be left overnight.

Travel Information
Ludlow is a small and beautiful market town with narrow roads, so some congestion is expected. Please allow adequate time to travel to the event.
Where possible, please use public transport or travel on foot.
Ludlow train station is located 0.5 miles from Ludlow Castle. National Express also runs coaches into many towns in Shropshire, with local connections to Ludlow.
We recommend visiting National Rail or National Express to plan your journey.
Parking
There are two car parks available. Passes can be pre-booked using the ticket link listed on our events page here.
If travelling from the south of Ludlow, please select the Green Rugby Club Car Park ticket. This car park is located at Ludlow Rugby Club, The Linney, SY8 1EE.
Please note that the route from the rugby club to the castle requires walking up a steep incline.
If travelling from the north of Ludlow, please select the Red Cricket Club Car Park ticket. This car park is located at Ludlow Cricket Club, Burway Lane, Ludlow, SY8 1DT.
Ludlow Cricket Club is approximately 1 mile from the venue, so please plan ahead.
On arrival, a member of the team will greet you and scan your parking ticket.
Both car parks will be open from 2pm–11:30pm on show days.
There is no overnight parking.
Safety & Prohibited Items
Your safety at Ludlow Castle is our priority. We work closely with the appropriate authorities to ensure robust security measures are in place.
To help maintain a safe environment, mandatory bag searches will be carried out. We may also search you, your clothing, or other items.

Bags
To support our staff and speed up entry, please avoid bringing a bag where possible.
Backpacks and any bags larger than A3 size will not be permitted.
There are no cloakroom facilities at Ludlow Castle.
Cameras & Recording Equipment
Please do not bring any recording equipment, drones, or remote-control devices, as these will not be permitted within the venue.
There are no facilities for storing confiscated equipment, and entry may be refused.
All persons entering the venue consent to any photography, filming, or recording arranged by the promoter.
On-the-Day Facilities
Viewing
This is a standing event. Please do not bring picnic blankets, chairs, portable furniture, or inflatables of any kind. These will be confiscated at the gates.
Refreshments
There will be a range of food and drink vendors on site.
Food and drink are not permitted into the venue unless required for medical or religious reasons. Any such requirements must be arranged in advance by emailing access@futuresoundgroup.com.
Water points will be available on site, and free drinking water can also be obtained from the bars.
Customers may bring one empty 500ml plastic water bottle.
Card Payments
Live at Ludlow Castle is a cashless event. There are no cash points inside the venue, so please plan ahead.
Weather
This is an open-air event, so please bring clothing suitable for the forecast conditions.
Small personal umbrellas are permitted. However, large umbrellas, parasols, and gazebos are not permitted.
Lost Property
Any lost property found while the events are taking place will be stored at the medical tent. After this, any lost property will be stored at the venue. For enquiries, please contact the venue via email at info@ludlowcastle.com.
First Aid
The first aid area will be located near the main entrance and will be clearly signposted.
